How to set the resolution to make full screen while using Multiviewer switch

From this video ,you can see that the fist left screen didn’t show full screen, and the picture is shrink. So how to set the picture to full screen ? While you using a Multiviewer switcher 4×1, you can connect up to 4 PCs into the switch, and show four picturs on one screen. Meanwhile the four PC signal souces also connect another local display, while the first PC connect with a square screen, so the Public Common Screen copy the square screen and so it didn’t show full screen. So usually we will suggest customers to set the resolution to make the screen to full, such as 16:9 widescreen full-screen display, Extended display. In this video ,cause the first PC’s monitor is squre screen, other thress monitors are standard wide screen,so even set the PC’s monitor’s resolution, the Public commen dislay full screen, but the first PC’s monitors show unnormal. even the multiviewer switch engineer said the PC’s local monitor display size is different from the Common display’s size, so it happen this issue. Finally, we set the PC’s local monitor ‘s graphic card, then click on the monitor, select TV, in the scaling options, if it’s set to maintain aspect ratio by default, adjust it to scale to full screen, then click Apply. and as you see the left screen show full screen finally.
