1.NO POWER: 1-1 Checkc the power supply is turn on;1-2 Check the power supply is connected well with the unit. 2.NO PICTURE: 2-1 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the transmitter;2-2 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the receiver;2-3 Check the input and output cabling;2-4 Check that the cables are in good condition;2-5 Check that the HDMI standard cable is compliant with EIA/TIA 568B;2-6 Check the HDMI cables are no longer than 33 feet(10m meters),and that network cables do not exceed their length limits.Use twisted-pair cables that has a maximum length of 164 feet(50 meters) at 4K@30Hz and 262 feet(80 meters) at 1080P@60Hz. 3. POOR QUALITY SIGNAL: 3-1 Reconnect all the cables to prevent poor connections;3-2 Check that the HDMI standard cable is used;3-3 Check that HDMI cables are no longer than 33 feet(10 meters),and that network cable do not exceed their length limits. 4. Connect the metal shell at the port of this cable to the ground, or the ground pin of the power strip (please Make sure the ground pin of the socket is indeed connected to the ground). 1.2. It can be connected to the mounting hole of the LCD splicing screen shelf (make sure there is continuity here, not insulating paint) 1.3. If it is a standard construction, the LCD splicing screen should have a ground wire buried here. Please connect the ground of this input cable of all splicing screens to this ground wire. 1.4. If there is no buried ground wire, please connect the ground of this input cable of all splicing screens to the ground pin of the AC power strip (please ensure that this ground pin joined the earth). 1.5.
