How to share 100TVs and 100 Set top box with no extra charges every year to the Program Provider?

Here below is one of customer’s question: I have a local ISP network that distributes internet service and I want to add the broadcast of encrypted TV channels such as all sports channels to customers so that the customer uses IPTV technology on a smart device at home that supports IPTV. Perhaps the number of users will reach 500 customers. What is the inexpensive technology to do this?Can all customers choose their own channel?I distribute internet service to customers and I want to add IPTV service to watch encrypted sports channels,how to add TV channels. I have 20 encrypted channels. The connection will be via HDMI.Also, I have an external IPTV subscription. Can I add it to share all channels?

Customer’s question: Do you have a video explaining how to add encrypted channels, for example, BIN Sport?
SINOWELL Engineer answer: Encrypted channels need to be decoded by a set-top box and then re-encoded into an IP stream using an HDMI cable to a high-definition encoder to the server. The server then outputs our own IPTV program through a switch. When you watch it through the Android system apk, it is already a free program (of course, our server can also encrypt it again, and only our matching address apk can be decoded and watched). We have no way to decode the encrypted channel for you.
Customer’s questions: I know that, but each channel will have an HDMI device, right? I need 20 devices.Does your device also support me re-sharing IPTV subscription from the Internet?
SINOWELL Engineer answer: Yes, each encrypted channel must have a corresponding decoder. Through our IPTV, 100 or more TV sets can watch 20 channels without interfering with each other.Without our server, you would need 100 set-top boxes to decode 100 TVs and pay the program provider a subscription fee every year.Some things on the Internet can still be used through the Internet.Any free APP on the Internet can be used.
Customer’s questions: Perhaps the whole picture is not clear to you. If I have a device that subscribes to all encrypted channels, can this device share them all, or will each device have one channel that is shared at the same time?
SINOWELL Engineer answer:In the decoder in the computer room, if you pay, you can watch all the programs of your program source provider. Then this decoder can choose one of all the programs and fix it on this channel 24 hours a day. Assuming there are 20 set-top boxes, it is convenient to decode 1-20 numbered programs. Through the server, the 100 or 200 TV sets behind can freely watch any one of 1-20 programs.

SINOWELL Engineer answer:If you don’t share, if you have 100 TVs, you need to buy 100 set-top boxes and pay for 100 TV subscriptions each year.If there are not enough TV sets, you can use the additional functions of our IPTV homepage, such as hotel introduction, room introduction, call service, hotel management PMS docking function,which your local program source provider cannot provide.
