Description:
This product is divided into three series: Pro1、Pro2 and Pro3, Pro1 is 1080P@60HZ FULL HD transmitter, Pro2 is 4k@30HZ UHD transmitter, Pro3 is 1080P and 4K@30HZ receiver.
It is a standard H.265/H.264 codec TCP/IP HD transmission product, and its main feature is that the same RX with different TX can be used in 1080P/4k@30HZ and other application scenarios!
When upgrading the project, you only need to replace the transmitter to realize the transmission image from 1080P upgraded to 4k, which greatly saves the cost of upgrading the project.
In addition to supporting HDMI audio and video transmission, this product also has a TX local loop out, remote KM keypad and IR back control, 3.5mm audio input and output and other features for users to choose. Please choose different styles according to the actual needs.
This series of products are divided into network cable version（ProA）, fiber optic version（ProB）, network cable + wireless version（ProC）of the three transmission modes of the product, to provide users with more convenience! This manual only briefly describes the network cable + wireless version(（ProC）), wired version please refer to the corresponding manual.

Note: One transmitter (TX) can be connected to up to 4 receivers (RX) when transmitting wirelessly.
Pairing and Resetting
The device is paired by default when it is shipped from the factory, if you need to add a new receiver and restore the factory settings, please follow the instructions below.
1, Pairing
A, The device should be connected to the signal source and the screen by the above connection method.
B, Use a network cable to connect the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX), wait about 30 seconds, both ends of the LINK light blinking indicates successful pairing, successful pairing can be unplugged from the network cable to automatically switch to wireless transmission, about 30 seconds to switch successfully.
C, if you need to use one transmitter with multiple receivers, follow the above method to pair all receivers with the transmitter respectively. Note that a transmitter can be connected to a maximum of 4 receivers.
2, Reset
If you need to change the pairing method or abnormal working status, you can restore the factory settings: press and hold the reset button of the transmitter and receiver for about 10 seconds and release it, the LINK goes out to indicate that the factory settings have been successfully restored, and you can set it up again according to your needs.
Fault judgment and treatment
- Receiver (RX) side display black screen, no screen display
Answer:When TX is Pro 2, the default output resolution of receiver is 3840×2160@30HZ, when the display at the receiver (RX) end is black screen and LINK is flashing, it means that the display doesn’t support 4K resolution, please lower the output resolution of receiver (RX). At this time, you can long press the reset button of the receiver (RX) to adjust, and press and hold it for about 3 seconds to automatically switch to different resolution output.
When TX is Pro 1, similar situation can be operated in the same way.
- Receiver (RX) side has been displayed ConnecttoTX
1, please make sure the equipment has been paired successfully.
- Please check the transmitter power supply and HDMI signal connection.
- When the receiver screen has a lag, it is recommended to adjust the position of the device or shorten the receiving distance.
- Receiver (RX) side shows No Signallnput
- Please check whether the signal source HDMI signal output.
- Please confirm that the signal source output resolution is within the support range.
- Receiver (RX) side displays NoMatch
Answer:The device is not paired, need to re-pair, please refer to the pairing instructions.
- Transmission distance is short
1.Signal is weak, please adjust the antenna angle or adjust the equipment placement.
2.Signal can not directly penetrate the load-bearing walls, elevator shafts, tin room and other building structures.
- Multiple sets of equipment work at the same time, please adjust the WIFI channel to avoid channel congestion.
- video lag
- Weak signal, please refer to the connection steps to adjust the angle and placement of the antenna.
- Suggest to press reset button or adjust the resolution through the host.
- Multiple devices work at the same time, please adjust the WIFI channel to avoid channel congestion.
- Infrared back to the invalid
- Please refer to the connection instructions to confirm whether the wiring is correct.
- Please make sure that the host signal source supports 38K HZ infrared signal remote control.
- This product is not equipped with a remote control, use the remote control of the host computer to be controlled.
