Preparation
1.Confirm the installation environment, such as temperature, humidity
2.Make sure the wall is strong and can bear the weight of displays.
3.Prepare the tools and accessories when you install the video wall,such as brackets, screws, testing devices, cables,etc.
Install the video wall mounts
- 1.When you make the video wall such as 2×2, 1×2, 3×3, 4×4…, check the screen quanties and mounts quantity, confirm the wall position where the video wall will be placed.
- 2. Use a level to ensure the stand is level.
- 3.When your mounts is simple mounts for 1×2, 2×2 install, you can assemble well the mounts on the ground, then fix the mounts on the wall via screws, make sure the mounts is steadly fixed on the wall.
Install the video wall
- Take our the monitor carefully from the box
- Make the monitor Hang on the mounts
- leave some spaces between two monitors.
Connect the cables
Connect the RS232 cables and HDMI cables
Testing
Connect the power on the monitors, check the colors of every monitors
Fix and Check
Make all the cables in line, check every screws, every mounts fixed well.
Cautions:
- LCD Monitor is fragile, Panel is easily broken, During moving and transportation, please be careful and avoid bumps and vibrations.
- When transporting, it should be held vertically to avoid damage to the screen caused by uneven force.
- The installation environment should be dry, dust-free, and free of strong magnetic field interference
- Avoid direct sunlight and strong light exposure.
- Ensure that the power supply voltage is stable and avoid excessive voltage fluctuations.
- LCD splicing screens need to be reliably grounded to avoid damage from static electricity and lightning strikes.
- Make sure the location where the splicing screen is installed is well ventilated to avoid overheating.
- The LCD splicing screen will generate heat when it is working, and sufficient space should be reserved for heat dissipation.
- Avoid frequent switching on and off to extend the life of the screen.
When using it, avoid displaying static images for a long time to prevent screen burn.
- Clean the screen surface regularly to avoid dust accumulation.
- Use a soft cloth when cleaning and avoid using excessive force and chemical cleaners.
