Recommended cooling tower selection
|

|
The heat dissipation of a single S19PRO overclocked to 7000W is about 1600W, and the required cooling capacity is about 3600W. According to the parameters provided by the manufacturer as shown in the figure below, the parameters of each manufacturer have a small deviation.
For example, the cooling capacity of a 10T tower is 58k÷3.6kw=16.2. The heat dissipation is less than the cooling capacity, so 20% of the heat dissipation should be reserved, 16.2-16.2×20%=13 units, that is, a 10T cooling tower can bring 13 units.
Combined with other specifications of cooling towers, the water tower per tonnage can be calculated. The number of machines that can be brought is 1.3 units

The water cooling plate adopts the inlet and outlet pipes of 12mm. According to the calculation, the 12mm pipe is calculated as 1 ton per hour, the number of machines × 1 ton/hour = the flow rate of the pump

Step 1: Remove the front and rear fans of the S19PRO.
|
||||
|
Step 2: Remove the air cooling fin of the hash board.
|
||||
|
Step 3: Align the screw holes on the hash board, install the water-cooling board, and pay attention to the direction of the water-cooling board’s water inlet.
|
||||
|
Step 4: Put the hash board back into the machine, insert the water pipe of the water divider, and connect it to the hash board, and each horizontal component is connected to a water divider.
|
||||
|
Step 5: Install the front fan and the rear water cooling plate back, and use the provided 12mm water pipe joint to install and fix the water distributor to the water cooling plate.

Step 6: Turn on the water circulation, check all connection positions, and check whether there is overflow at the faucet. Be sure to run the water circulation first to check that there is no overflow, and then run the machine. The initial installation should be observed for a while.
