
1.NO POWER:
1-1 Checkc the power supply is turn on;
1-2 Check the power supply is connected well with the unit.
2.NO PICTURE:
2-1 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the transmitter;
2-2 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the receiver;
2-3 Check the input and output cabling;
2-4 Check that the cables are in good condition;
2-5 Check that the HDMI standard cable is compliant with EIA/TIA 568B;
2-6 Check the HDMI cables are no longer than 33 feet(10m meters),and that network cables do not exceed their length limits.Use twisted-pair cables that has a maximum length of 164 feet(50 meters) at 4K@30Hz and 262 feet(80 meters) at 1080P@60Hz.
3. POOR QUALITY SIGNAL:
3-1 Reconnect all the cables to prevent poor connections;
3-2 Check that the HDMI standard cable is used;
3-3 Check that HDMI cables are no longer than 33 feet(10 meters),and that network cable do not exceed their length limits.
4. IR CONTROL:
4-1 Plug IR receiver cable into IR in port.
4-2 Plug IR emitter cable into transmitter IR out port;
4-3 Make sure the IR emitter head is secured over IR window center of source device.
Now the Newest HDBaset3,0 and 8K HDBaset Extender is available in the market, plesae use Cat7 cable for connection.

The VS 3K Chips in the extender have higher requirements for the network cable. It can be checked from below several aspects;
1. Please spread out the network cable to test and see if it works. Don’t test with the rolled network cable.
2. The state of the RX/TX HDbaset light when there is no picture. At least the link light should be on.
