USB interface: support USB sound card function
Attention: After turning on phantom power,please don’t connect the input interface to devices that don’t support phantom power,such as mobile phones or tablets.
Some customers feedback to us that they get a very weak audio signal out on the USB-C output. Is there any way to boost the audio out at this USB port ?

Finally, for the audio volume , mainly depends on the input audio ,such as microphone .the volume had been set as the maximum in the software. If the volume is still low, there will need extra amplifier to make volume more louder.
